Front Building (House 1)

• Windows and Roof: Installation works have been completed.
• Building Services: Installation is ongoing and on track for completion by the end of July.
• Drywalling: Interior partition works are currently in progress throughout the building.

Garden House (House 2)



Progress on House 2 includes:

• Completion of window and roof installations.
• Façade works currently underway, with completion expected by mid-July.
• Basic building services—electrical, plumbing, and ventilation—fully installed.
• Interior work in progress, with screeding being carried out.
• Bathroom tiling scheduled for completion by end of September.
